We have an awning on our patio but the rain and snow can be blown underneath it, - - - -so I purchased this heavy duty plastic to place it from the top of the awning to the floor of the concrete patio along the entire length of the awning and it kept all the winter's snow , wind & rain out! I did not need to shovel any snow from underneath the awning ALL WINTER LONG! Not even the rain could get in, and it never ripped like the thin cheaper plastics did. It's very thick, and as the other reviewers observed, it's opaque so you can't see through it very clearly, but for my family that's good since our yard is surrounded by a tall wooden fence, so no one can see the plastic around the awning. It has a great 10 foot length which allowed it to reach the very top of my awning all the way down to the concrete with plastic left over! It kept the FORCE of the cold windy snowy air from entering through the back door every time it was opened! The house stayed warmer because of this! My family also used it over a couple of windows to keep the cold and wind out. Worked very well! Am very pleased. Will buy again.

I needed a lot of plastic wrap for reasons that are my own. Bought this because I figured even if it was thin and not durable enough to drag say, 250 lbs out to the swamp, I could probably double up and still save money. Good to be frugal these days.I was pleasantly surprised to find I only really needed a single layer because this stuff stood up to being walked on and weathered and stayed study. Which was fortunate because I found I needed much more than planned on as it was poker night. Long story, don’t ask.Good stuff. Will be using it again. Oh yeah, definitely using it again.

This is a thin film by design, so you should not expect it to be weather-proof. However, it is perfect for covering equipment indoors to protect it from dust and dirt - it is lightweight and easy to put in place. The level of transparency was not obvious from the product description, it was stated that the film is "clear". In reality this film is partially transparent (roughly speaking 80% clear), but you still can see through, just don't expect crystal-clear transparency. Works for me, but I just wish I didn't have to guess when buying if there was a picture in the description that illustrates the level of transparency. Those who need crystal-clear transparency for their applications, will be disappointed.Another thing about the product description is that one of the pictures shows the width of the roll as 18 inches (44 cm), but the description states that the film is 10 feet wide. Although confusing, this is NOT a mistake - the roll has the film folded, so when you unroll and unfold it, you get your 10 feet worth of width. Again, I wish the picture that shows 18 inches wide roll would also have something like "unfolds to 10 feet width" written on top of it so that buyers don't have to spend time going between description and the pictures and hope for the best. So, as long as you need a thin film and are OK with slightly hazy transparency, this is a great product.

We did a major renovation a few months ago. I used this along with my zipwall poles to put up temp walls for dust barriers. Here are my thoughts:1) Thick enough to not rip when setting up the temp walls or when taping overlapping sections together.2) It actually contained the majority of the dust to one area.3) It did not rip where we had the door opening even with a lot of use4) It did not puncture when hit by debris.5) It was easy to just unroll what I needed from the box and cut it with a sharp blade.6) The price was spot on.7) The clear plastic let plenty of light through. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by its durability, quality, and overall value! Will definitely buy again for my next project.

Used to build temporary hoop house for vege starts. New england spring doesn't exist anymore. Winter to summer. Its snowed in May this year. Basically I use the plastic for the month of May, then I throw it out, that's why I got this light gauge stuff. Its wayyy cheaper $ and quality wise than getting heavy gauge actual greenhouse plastic that lasts 4 years, I bet I could get 3 months out of it before the sun eats it. The 100x10ft roll will probly give me another 4 hoops/years of houses. It's not super transparent but it is acceptable. My plants inside absolutely flourished. The plants left outside are 3 weeks to a month behind.

Recently renovated my kitchen and replaced the old tile counter tops with quartz.Used this light plastic to cover the table and chairs, electronics, leather furniture and rugs in adjacent rooms. Good width and certainly length, light, easy to spread out and to tape in place with blue masking tape. Worked well, shook it off outside when the job was done, folded it up neatly for the next reno job. Hope that helps!

Good sturdy plastic sheeting for a really good price. Not like flimsy painters sheeting. Used it to line a 3 ft tall portable dog pen in garage, held with fold back clips, and then loaded up with heavy layer of pine shavings and straw for our backyard ducks. It makes a great clean nighttime pen and when you are done with the bedding, roll it up when TOSS. No mess especially during messy duckling stage. Good urban backyard poultry solution. Perfect from when the ducklings were about one week old and older.

Have not used yet but seemed to be great value. Wanted it to use as flood protection around the house in heavy rain looks like it will do the job nicely as well as other household projects. Only drawback is that the UPS guy will think you are Dexter and stop delivering packages to your house...
