This purchase arose from ongoing issues with my Bluetooth headset. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I work remotely 95 percent of the time, participating in virtual meetings and calls throughout the day. This headset is comfortable and user-friendly. It simplifies answering calls on TEAMS and Vonage. The ability to answer or end calls, mute myself, and adjust the volume from the attached remote is a fantastic feature. The boom mic rotates, allowing the headset to be worn on either the left or right ear. This lightweight headset has adjustable features that accommodate anyone. It doesn't strain my glasses when I wear them with the headset and doesn't apply excessive pressure on my head. The audio quality is excellent, even for listening to music when I'm not on a call. I prefer the single-ear design as it lets me stay aware of my surroundings. Despite the single-ear design, sound clarity is exceptional. I've asked my coworkers how I sound during calls, and they’ve all indicated that I sound crystal clear with no distortion. The Polypro app allows you to customize some settings, which is a nice touch. The cord is long enough for me to stand and stretch during those lengthy meetings without getting in the way while I'm seated at my desk. Bought to replace my Bluetooth headset as I was tired of fighting with connecting to Teams every day. The cord is long and being wired does not bother me at all. Love the sound quality and my voice is clear. Comfortable to wear with glasses though, like all over ear headsets, after a couple of hours it becomes uncomfortable for me. I don’t think it’s the headset, I think it’s me. I also like that if I forget to unmute myself and start speaking, a voice will tell me I’m muted. Very happy with this purchase.

Headset works fine but I have found two minor annoyances. The first one is that there are times where I feel like it’s a little loose on my head and slides around from where I like to wear it. I don’t see a way to adjust the tension. Second is that it didn’t come with an alligator clip so I can clip it to my shirt to keep the long cord and control module from pulling on the headset when I move. That oversight is more annoying than the first for no.

I tried another unit and had to send it back. This unit is great. I use it on my laptop with phone software on my laptop. I tested it with a co worker on the other line on the same system. She indicated the sound was as clear as picking up the hand unit on a phone. The squelch was very good limiting background noise. The speaker was very clear and comfortable to wear over my ear. I am not so quick to take the headset off after a call. The only thing is the volume is generally always on one click from max. Also I am not sure if it is the software or the headset, the button to hang up or to answer a call does not work.

Headset has great, clear quality. BUT it picks up every single background sound. Not what I was expectin from Plantronics. I was prepared for some noise, but it could pick up a pin drop. Do not reccommend. I just realize I passed my return window also. :( We bought 4 total for our office so now we are stuck with them.

I received the headset about 2 minutes ahead of a Teams meeting. It worked perfectly right out of the box. Simply plug and play. The sound quality is great. My hearing has been affected by years of rock and roll. But I can hear perfectly with this headset. The mic works well. People are able to hear me with no hiss, background noise or popping.

It just died in 2 months!! The ear padding and head adjustment range was very comfortable but I was shocked to see a product got bad in such a short time!!
