This is my second purchase of this headset. My first set lasted almost 5 years with daily M-F constant use and eventually perished because I dropped it wrong. The new set works exactly the same with the same great quality.Obviously this headset doesn't win any awards for aesthetic, but it meets my needs very well:- Will work consistently and clearly- Doesn't ever have issues "pairing"- Has clear audio and microphone so I never have to hear "what? I couldn't hear you" on a call again- Is comfortable on my head and ears for all day wear- Never has a dead battery because it never needs to be charged/has no battery!

It is the only one that are comfortable and not hearting my ears, as I'm wearing glasses.First headset last up 3 years (and still working, but the ear cover was pulled out).Great value for money

I have a more expensive wireless Jabra Evolve 75 SE headset but people tell me my audio is garbled when I use it for zoom calls. I replaced the Jabra 75 with this item, the Jabra 30, which is wired, and now no one complains about my audio. I used it on both an older 2015 Intel MacBook Pro, and a newer 2024 M4 MacBook Pro, and it just works fine without needing any particular drivers or configuration.

I work from home so I use this mainly for office meetings and skype calls. I had a single ear piece jabra before that was a bit uncomfortable, but the dual phone version relieves that discomfort (I always felt a little deaf after using the mono phone version). Only real complaint would be is it feels a little more flimsy than the earlier models of Jabra headset I've used but since I'm not transporting it that's a minor complaint. Would recommend to anyone who works from a home office set up via a lap top with either a 3.5mm or a usb port option available for hook up.

Ive ordered 3 because I love these so much. Even through the noise cancellation is not that good, it has a clean crisp sound quality that is perfect for working at home and making video calls. Its very convinient that it has the mute and call buttons near along with the volume. It makes my job easier and so far the others ive bought has gone to friends that also work from home. Definately recommend as long as your in a noise free environment.

I’m a work from home mom with 2 babies and this headphones does not cancel background noise, there’s cheaper headphones that has better background noise cancelation than this one. Very disappointing. I have the wireless one and it’s amazing! This one I don’t recommend

They definitely do their job, but they aren't built very well and certainly aren't comfortable to keep on your head all day. The mic is flimsy and feels very easy to accidentally break. My ears started aching after an hour or two of use. For $40 there are definitely better options out there.
