Phone was exactly what I was looking for and the "used" phone purchased came in great condition and worked perfectly. This phone is not intended for residential uses, so please be aware before purchasing as it's not "easy" to setup without technical knowledge. Audio quality is great.

Just a warning that power cords are no longer included with the phone. I went and bought a multi functional power cord that has different wattage options and power tips. Everything that I read said this needed a 5V power cord but the phone worked only on the 3V option.

I could not power this up despite supposedly getting power from the Cat5. Nope, that didn't power up the phone. I had to order a power supply $14. No instructions, the phone feels cheap. I live on an island without a UPS store so cannot return it. Very disappointed.

I purchased 60 of these models of phones for our office based on the Bluetooth headset capabilities and speaker quality. The speaker quality is far below what we have come to expect from Poly. The person speaking through the Poly Edge E350 sounds far away and is difficult to pick up unless the person speaks loudly. We also purchased Poly Voyager free 60 Bluetooth headsets to use with these phones, only to find out the Bluetooth connection only works if you plug in a USB Bluetooth dongle. These phones are not truly Bluetooth compatible if you need to plug in a Bluetooth dongle for them to work. Otherwise, the phones work great and are very stylish.

These phones are powered by POWER OVER ETHERNET - which is what most commercial VOIP environments use. If you need a power supply, any after market 5 volt/3 amp power supply with standard adapter will work. The phone has high quality audio and the built-in bluetooth feature is awesome for handling calls. This phone is not designed for VOIP novice - it's not overly complicated, but it is a commercial model.

Poly Edge E350 Handset Wall Mount Clip is rather flimsy and easy to break, and there is no replacement part available.

Phone showed up within a few day, plugged everything in nothing turns on. noticed that it doesn’t have a power adapter. Very disappointed after paying so much for the phone. That I can’t turn it on and use it.
