This phone works perfectly for my needs. No device sign-in, just a simple USB connection and rings when the user signed in on computer is called. Great for spots where multiple people sign-in and out of the PC, but only the person signed in will have the phone ring. Works even when users lock their screen, and computer is asleep (this does not apply to a hibernation state).The biggest con (which brings it down to 4 star), so far all calls come in as "PC Softphone". So there's no caller ID through the display. It still does what we want, but it would be nice if it displayed who's calling particularly for internal calls.Works perfectly with the headsets we also use (WH6X MS Teams Series).

I would recommend this to others, im old fashioned and I like having a desk phone and now with everything on the computer.its not like it used to be.

This phone has a delay when users who are on Microsoft Teams are using it. When answering the phone there is a 3 second delay, also when placing calls.Tech support doesn't have a number to call only submit online which isn't answered as of yet.Find another phone for Teams this is junk

I knew when I ordered this phone it was primarily for Teams, which I use it for and it works fine with some limitations. I was hoping to figure out a way to make it work with RingCentral as well, but haven't figured that out yet because this is not like a standard VOIP phone. For Teams, I have used it both connected via Bluetooth and connected via USB. Either way you can;t answer the call on the phone. Basically, the phone is just a speaker and a microphone to your computer. You will likely need a USB C adapter unless your computer is fairly new.

The reason for the 4 stars is I have bad reception where I am so placing phone in reception and being able to answer in office every helpful in fairness the call quality is amazing with 2bars of signal works very well very clear..... buttttt it doesn't call up your contacts or recent calls or even allow you to input contacts to the phone itself major let down so I don't know who is calling... If this was working would be excellent and even my van does contacts and recents so it can't be that hard to program in also if it let you txt and Whatsapp would be amazing 6 out of 5 and touch screen is very good, if they put these features in I will buy that model and if they can tell me a model that does that I will buy it thanks....
