I purchased three of these and they were all very clean. There are ways to provision them even if the prior user didn'trelease the phone, either through a default password or a MAC address based factory reset: fussy but functional.They worked well with Zoom Voice, which handles provisioning. I imagine most other VOIP providers do the same.We needed more lines so ended up returning these, but they were all excellent examples of the VVX250. Note that the VVX350 has a crisper and slightly larger screen, also a factor for the choice.

product is defective and I tried to contact support but no response and tried to contact seller and no response either. I returned item for a refund. The item didn't work as internet doesn't work on the phone so there is no ip address and no connection.

Looked as good as new. Since the admin password was unknown, had to perform factory reset to get them registered. Comes with everything you need including new cables and power adapter. Will definitely buy this again.

Phone was packaged like new, no scratches or other age evidence. No power supply was in either phone box as it was advertised. I purchased two of these and neither has a power supply.

The headset cord tabs were broken on both. Specifically the center of three counter posed tabs. Missing the middle one means the headset cord falls from the unit easily. Dap of glue. Fixed. Oh also you have to force factory reset and turn off ZTP. One had to be booted off net to skip ztp the first time. Otherwise good deal.

This is my first time purchasing a "renewed" item from any Amazon seller. I decided to give it a try because I appreciated the lower price and was advertised to look and work like new. Well, after testing all the buttons and speakers, mics, lights, and the screen, my phone does seem to work as well as new, but it doesn't look new at all. There were a number of small light scratches on and around the display. Since most of them don't block the actual display, I can live with them. I expected this device to look like new with the plastic plate that contained these scratches replaced during the renewal process. However, it seems that the phone I purchased was simply cleaned up a bit. Still a pretty good value, but in my opinion, it doesn't meet the description offered by Amazon for their renewed products. Perhaps it was just the particular seller that ended up filling my order. But if this is what I can expect for renewed products, I think that in the future, I'll just buy new.

Description did not make it clear that it is not compatible with Google Voice. Also, note that Poly is now owned by HP, so proceed at your own risk.
