I got this plates they are really good. Fit perfectly in my vest. They add a nice weight. U can feel the work out real fast incan walk run. U can upgrade to a heavy weight ones u are just to this one's . But it will take some time. Excellent.

I bought these when I realized a ruck plate doesn’t fit in a weighted vest. They work great in a 5.11 vest. Will be testing them soon in a GORUCK vest (hyrox training). They are surprisingly comfortable to wear for a piece of metal around the chest (larger chested woman) section.

Weight vest is well made , 2 side pockets are very convenient. Weighted plates are well constructed and fit the vest perfectly

Did a quick 2mile run 10lbs total, works well a curve would be great for breathing but I can deal with it
