I started using these skimmer socks a few years ago and I'll never go back to not. These things catch a lot of junk that typically would get caught in the filter element. It's much easier to clean my filter elements now, and I can go longer between cleaning them which is a huge time saver.These socks are good quality compared to some I have used in the past. They have a nice thick edge that stretches over the widest part of the skimmer. No concerns with ripping them at all. The material is also feeling thicker than some I have used yet still allows the water to easily flow through. They seem to last longer as well with my older socks falling apart much quicker.

If you own a pool with filter baskets, you need these! I used to have a problem with seeds from budding trees, dirt and other small debris clogging up my filter cartridges, requiring me to clean them multiple times each summer. These socks eliminate that need entirely.I usually order a large pack each summer and just toss them in the garbage every few days once they become full. They catch all of that small stuff that likes to gunk up the works and really go a long way towards keeping my pool clean. This 50 pack will easily last me through the summer and is a very small price to pay for easy pool maintenance.

I really wanted these to work out with helping to keep the pool cleaner. However when we tried them in the pumps filter basket it stopped the pump from pumping water. Same thing goes for the basket on the robot hose. So we are unable to use these at all. Very unfortunate! And disappointing!

I have an Intex 18’ pool with a through the wall skimmer and these skimmer socks are an absolute must have, especially during pollen season in Florida. Just when you think you’ve gotten everything off the surface… put one of these on your skimmer basket… you’ll be amazed at all the bugs and pollen the skimmer sock will catch! I can usually get two weeks out of one, just check you basket every few days and dump the junk and rinse the sock out and it’s good as new! Really good value for the amount of socks you get!

I've been using these for over a year now, they work great. During fall and springtime I have to change them more often but otherwise one will last a couple of weeks. PLEASE DON'T PUT THESE ON THE PUMP BASKET, THESE ARE FOR YOUR SKIMMER BASKET. If you're not sure which is which have someone help you. ⬇ï¸
