Working great in conjunction with the dribble up ball. I line the camera up and it helps give my youth basketball star some targets and guides for v dribbles and cross overs. Static electricity builds up a bit but gives an amazing electric first bump for good jobs.

I was so impressed by the quality of this product. It's a heavier duty material that resembles a thick wetsuit. It lays smoothly on the floor and offers great grip so that it doesn't slide around. My nephews are loving practicing with this mat. If you're shocked by the $40 price point, I'd say the quality justifies it. The graphics are sharp and the mat does exactly what it advertises. Great product!

This is a great practice tool. It rolls up nicely and is easy for travel. The kids enjoy using it to practice their foot work. It is a great size and good price. I have two kids using it for practice.

This is a 2mm neoprene mat, typical rubber on one side and smooth fabric on the other one. This is similar to some mouse pads and card plying mat. This is not 0.7cm as per specifications.There is a nice seam around the mat, better than a plain cut border.The mat stays in place nicely, but I would only use it over plain solid surface, not outside or over carpets.I use it for practicing my taekwondo kicks. It is good for that duty even when the kicks require moving a little. The feet turn easily and this reduced the impact a little. I was planning to use it for my stretching, but I find it a little thin and still use my thicker exercise mat.
