Love the flares, only complaint would be the box it comes in is a bit tight to put all the components back in when done with the tool.

Bought to do a mini split. Removed the "sample" 1/4 copper tube flare that comes in the kit. Tried to flare my copper line. the bar would not hold the tubing in place tightly enough for the flaring process. The force from the flare tool pushed the 1/4" line out of the flaring bar. Measured the 1/4" sample that came with the tool to my own 1/4" copper tubing using a digital caliper. The were both the exact same size. Thought maybe my 1/4" copper might have a little bit smaller O.D. which I'd expect to be an issue, but like I mentioned, they were both the correct and exact O.D. I had to use the 6mm bar to hold the 1/4 tube. It was the only way I could flare the end. Using the 6mm bar with the 1/4" tube did produce a perfect flare.
