I'm using this for 3/16 brake lines and it cuts very cleanly. The inside deburring end of the tool is very easy to use. I like to hold the line vertically inverted so that the metal shavings don't fall into the brake line, instead falling downward onto the bench or floor. The outer deburring end is a little wonky because it's conical with three blades. You have to try your best to hold the tube inline with the tool, as it tends to want to wander. Overall, this thing works great and I'm getting great flares.

I use this tool for deburring inside and outside of 3/16" brake line tube, it assures the quality of the flares. It is easy to use and will save you money in the long run.

This product works but I wouldn't buy their brake line. I'm updating this post.... this product stopped working after the second flair. I'm done with this brand.

Amazing tool...literally the same tool that another well known company sells for more than twice the price and limited availability. Phenomenal value and great quality. If you haven't used this tool to chamfer and debur fresh cut brake lines ...you're missing out.
