Good length, mediocre quality. If you've ever had an AT&T Tuff Cord, you'll notice the difference immediately. This one is half as thick, and much lighter. Not sure how long it will last, but what an incredible price. Finding an NOS Tuff Cord will set you back 5 times the cost. For occasional use, this is a fine product.

My office phone frustrated me to the point of desperately looking for a solution. My phone sits on my desk right next to me, but I'd pick up the receiver to answer a call only to have it jerked out of my hand by a tangled messy cord. I spent too much time untwisting the cord only to have it twist into a ball again less than 3 uses later. This review is based on my use at my desk. I have not gotten up and walked around my office, testing the extension of the cord and/or connectivity of the detangler into the receiver. There'll probably come a day I'll have to put that to the test but not as of this writing. I have not had complaints of people not being able to hear me. I have not had twisting, knotting cord issues. As of now, 2 months later, I'm glad I got these.
