How to use XF-3R
Step one. Plug your device into the receptacle of XF-3R on the plug
Step two. Plug the 3 prong power cord of XF-3R into a 110 volt grounded outlet
Step three. XF-3R has maintained action, so you can press on the pedal to turn on your device and press the pedal again to turn it off.

For my application - these are the perfect thing! They are an On-Off switch, not a momentary - which works perfect for me. I've bought 4 of these now, and have replaced hand switches with these footswitches. They are very sturdy, well built, which is important when you're stomping on them with your foot. And reasonably priced too.

I researched a bunch of these for using in my shop with a Shop vac. Most of the ones I found were a deadman or I had to rewire. This is perfect, One step to turn on, one step to turn off. It's sturdy and goes right inline. A Longer cord would always be nice, but there is no false advertisement so you get what this model is (still more than most at over 7'). Great Buy!

Works great. I love the color and it does exactly what I need it to. Turns on with 1 push and off with another. I can't speak on longevity but I see no reason why it won't last a long time. I use it near water and it hasn't had any issues with getting wet every now and then.

These heavily built switches are useful for task lamps, and just about anything else that you turn on and leave on when you have your hands occupied.

It's hard finding a foot switch that ISN'T a momentary switch. This one is a very sturdy LATCHING switch. Press and release for ON. Press and release again for OFF.

Product seems substantial and well made. So well made in fact that although I had planned to remove the plug head and hardwire the foot pedal into the system I ended up just using it as it came from the box, and my wife who uses the switch with her stained glass saws and grinders is very pleased also.

It is surprisingly hard to find a good quality, durable, metal on/off foot switch. Most use 'momentary' switches (which require you to hold the pedal down to keep the tool running), but this one is a traditional on/off switch that requires one click (stomp/release) to start (and tool continues running), and the second click (stomp/release), cuts the power... much like how a light switch works.Love it. Daily use now for about 6 months. Excellent build quality... should last for many years.
