Pros:OEM Fit.All buttons work well.Cons:Button cover is not included but was able to reuse them from the old piece.Other thoughts:Installation is fairly simple for the 2013 Ford CMAX. Unlike some videos that are going out for similar year/car, the cover for the seat is kind of stuck and you cannot remove it easily, however you have 2 screws (one from the front seat, and one from the back) which makes the plastic cover easy to push back. Wiggle it a bit and you should be able to remove the old switch. Test the cable with the new switch and then reassemble.

my 2017 Ford escape seat adjustment wouldn’t allow me to go forward. This unit fix the issue. Was easy to install. I would have given five stars, but the lumbar button is too small compared to the OEM version.

My driver's seat couldn't recline back up. Ford Flex 2009. This part fixed it and it took me less then 10 minutes. I would recommend it.
