It was very easy to install with no problems. It fits like a glove in my GMC Yukon. The passenger seat works great with no problems. I was shocked how easy it was. The best part is, that it came in 2 days so my passengers didn't suffer long. Also a great price.

This is replacement for my 2011 GMC Yukon passenger seat. Original switch failed when trying to return seat back to upright position. This replacement did solve my issue but... the switch's extention arm which protrudes through the seat trim is slightly shorter. When you snap the "button" onto this extension arm, the button has little if any clearance to the trim molding. So... when you operate the switch and let go, the switch does not have enough clearance to easily spring back to the neutral position. You have to help it return to the neutral position or it will continue to move the seat back forward or backwards. No a deal killer since the switch is much cheaper than the OEM. Just be aware. It does match up to the wiring harness connection and mounting block well.

Removed the two front control buttons and pulled the panel off the seat. (cracked and broke the 2 plastic prongs which was repaired with 2 part epoxy meant for plastic). Press the locking tab and remove the wiring plug, then use 2 small flat screw drivers to lift the 3 small tabs on the switch body and remove it. You may have to work from front to back as this is the trickiest part, be gentle. Plug the new switch into the wiring harness and test it first, then snap it into the panel with the 3 small tabs. Push on the 2 control buttons and test and push the 2 prongs back onto the seat bottom. Put the seat belt back in place and its cover.
