Great product for the price. If you are over 180lbs Don’t bother, unless you are able to attach the unit to a wall. It is not sturdy and definitely cannot do muscle ups on here if planning. Also the resistance bands are pretty useless. Once you pull them, you are pretty much pulling the entire unit, unless again you have it attached to a wall or bolted down

Bought it for my teenage son. The resistance bands aren’t good. But they can be replaced. The unit itself is great for the price.

Very easy to put together. Actually put it together by myself and it is exactly what I was looking for to start building my mini gym in my home. Would definitely recommend. No issues with the sturdiness and the height adjustment is convenient for doing what you need to do. Great item for myself.
