It doesn't wabble any more that is where set screw on the drill . This ONE clamps the whole drill, no more collar falling off. Works great. Cost a little a more but well worth it.

These drill bit collars came nicely packaged and work well as intended, so I can recommend them with no reservations. Not cheap, but I think they are worth the cost if you need them.

I have a Kreg pocket hole jig which is made of hard plastic and has a lot of slippage and deflection. I decided to get this aluminum jig which also has a dust collection port. This fixture attaches easily to my workbench and is still portable enough to be easily clamped to stand alone work pieces.The set has a lot of accessories including a sampling of a variety of pocket screws and the necessary drill bit and driver to get started. The dust collection port works well keeping the work space clear of most wood chips.My only complaint is that there is a bit of excessive play when drilling pocket holes in 1.5" material. Raising the block and locking it in place still has some deflection when clamping. This is not a major concern for me since most of my material is 3/4" or less.Overall I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

I tried theses as soon as they arrived and have to say I am extremely satisfied. I have used the standard ones and have had nothing but grief . So far these have eliminated every issue . They lock on securely , stay in place and did not mar the bit. I used my Dewalt XR 20 volt drill too! Highly recommend.

I found that the stop color did not hold well and slipped. In addition, once I cranked down to secure the collar to the bit and then removed it from the drill bit, I could not loosen the collar for future use. It stayed mashed down. I found that I could not use this product. It probably was not this manufactures' problem. I think I would have the same problem with any collar manufactured by other companies.

This design works much better than the set screw design that you have to line up perfectly on the flat part of the cutting edge of the bit. This aligns perfectly with ease and fits very square and snug. I wish I had found these a long time ago. This product is awesome!

The sizes aren't exact enough and it simply did not fit over the bit it was supposed to. Returned them and just used the good ole tape trick instead.
