I bought a yellow refill and it is terrible! I had boxes with multiple sets and refills for the classroom, and yellow there was exactly like the yellow in the pen, but this one is dirty, not even close to the picture. I don't know who makes this garbage. Since I can't give a zero star, the only star this refill deserves is for the paper holder, not plastic, like the original refills.

If you're looking for replacements for your current 16 pan set, don't worry that this turquoise doesn't look correct. The photos are off, not the product. I just received the turquoise and it is the same as ever.I've used these watercolors with my elementary students for decades. They are the best. Bold, rich colors.

I really like how white it is. I’m impressed with its ability to mix in well but I’m just a school teacher not an actual artist.

These are really great! I have a bunch of watercolor pallets for students but only the blue ran out. This is such a great solution.Unfortunately, it arrived missing two pans. I really needed those two pans.

I'm so glad I found these - I use more yellow, white and green than anything else, and I didn't want to have to buy a whole new pallet (with all the colors). These arrived quickly and are so convenient!

I've been using these for almost ten years in my art room and loved being able to pop the colors in and out to make specific color pallets or refills. Unfortunately, the quality has drastically changed. The colors don't always look like those in the pan, which throws students off. Yellow looks like mustard, some reds come out bright pink, and dark blue and violet are hard to distinguish from black. They're also very sticky and goopy, making a mess and causing a lot to be wasted.

I love Prang, and have used their semi-moist pucks since I was in elementary school.The Turquoise Blue isn't anything like the photo, which was disappointing. The pucks look like a light navy color, even with direct sunlight.My second photo is a set of paints I have that are closer to the photo of the Turquoise Blue, which I was expecting to receive.
