Blocks were a little smaller than I expected but worked well for my needs. Easy to cut and fit in the planter. Holds the stems of the plants well.

Not only were these smaller and grayer than expected (to echo others’ sentiments) but they started crumbling as soon as I removed them from the wrapping leaving small pieces of foam everywhere (see picture) and as soon as I placed a second flower stem in one block, it broke into pieces (see picture). They are unusable and created a huge mess in my office where I was trying to put together an arrangement. Don’t waste your money.

I use this to plug up the end of a drain for a porch canopy. I have to take old foam from last year so I can flush out the drain and it is very easy to mold a new piece to fit.
