Your cart is empty.The EC5 is a great connector, but assembling them can be frustrating at best and dangerous at worst. This unique tool solves those problems for good. Designed from the ground up in house here at ProgressiveRC, our EC5 Assembly Punch makes it a breeze to insert the EC5 bullets into their housing. Once the connector is soldered and ready to be popped into the housing, simply align the semi-circular lip on the end of the connector - the punch will cover over 180° of the bullet's edge, allowing you to apply even pressure safely and easily. Then it's just a matter of giving it a light tap with a hammer, or even pressing it in by hand! Precisely machined from stainless steel, this tool is ready to put in a lifetime of hard work.

Probably one of the greatest little tools ever made. Building EC5/IC3 and a variety of other plugs is so much easier with this thing. No more struggles with inserting the pins into the housing anymore. Wel done!

recently got some ec5 connectors from a supplier i was unfamiliar with. They were so snug on the bullets that you would destroy the nylon housing before they would come close to being seated. I had written off the connectors and ordered my go to hrb connectors when i ordered this punch as well. To my surprise after a whack or 2 with the side of my pliers the bullets popped right in making a connector that will never pull out. Worth it if you can get it under 10 bucks

This thing is great. I wish I had it a long time ago. It makes putting ec5 together a breeze. It's perfect and it's easy.

I hurt myself assembly EC5 with a screwdriver. It was gruesome and I resolved to find a better way.This EC5 punch is just what the doctor ordered (and some antibiotics, but anyway) and it is very safe to use.Be smart, order one before you get hurt.

Was tired of using tools not made to install these connectors so I bit the bullet and purchased this tool and it has made it super easy for me to install these connectors (and save my fingers).

This tool makes it a lot easier to set the connectors into the EC5 connector. Now if they can make the EC5 CONNECTOR Forms so that the EC5 connectors do not get damaged during the pin/barrel connector insertion. Thanks.

One thing I hate doing is changing battery/esc leads but I have to do it. This round I had a few EC5 ends to swap out and heard how terrible the process of getting the lead to snap into the EC5 casing. But not with this tool, holy cow, makes the job so much easier to do. Just grab a hammer, line up the tool on the lead and a couple of hits from the hammer snaps it right into place. A must have tool!
