I understand that these need to have a good surface to grab onto, but the vacuum cups are poorly designed and made, which makes it difficult to use.

Don’t expect miracles- it is relatively OK for small objects with a smooth surface- it is not two-pence Suktionator.

This just didn't work and the packaging and presentation is terrible. I understand the cost is relatively cheap compared to other similar products, but the packaging came ripped and the little suction cups were everywhere.
