Mounted this item on our 4runner cross bars to hold our Perception Tribe tandem kayak. Worked perfect during our 12 hr drive to Florida at highway speeds. I had to cut the mounting bolts shorter as they were almost touching the 4Runner's rooftop. I did not use the hand wingnuts because there wasn't enough clearance. But that's my particular setup I was working with ( factory 4Runner crossbars). This product is GREAT. I have NO complaints at all. Skeptical at first, but it proved how good it is during our drive to Florida. I highly recommend this product.

Needed easy and cheap foldable racks for my kayaks. I have Thule square crossbars installed on my car and these racks attach firmly. I ended up buying two racks. Used them a bunch of times and they still hold my kayaks.

There is definitely a problem with this set as I received 2 rachet straps instead of 2 cam straps.Hey China - you need to know that rachet is the wrong strap to use but the instructions even say "Do not use rachet", so what am I supposed to use them for and why wasn't cam strapping included??Fortunately I have 2 cam straps I used in order to strap my yak in. Its not the perfect rack but it works right now.

Where to big to fit our Thule rack bars. Had to improvise with a wedge to take up some of the gap. Otherwise works perfectly.

Package arrived and looked like Ace Ventura delivered it. Pretty sure the roll of tape that was used was the only thing holding the box together. Upon opening product appeared to be undamaged until I grabbed the knob to loosen and open the rack, I was met with a sharp stabbing pain in the palm of my hand, turns out one of the knobs was broken and I didn’t see it in time. After talking with the wife about if I should return the product for a new one, I decided to just keep it since once I install them I won’t take them off and will be looking for a replacement knob in the mean time. But it’s a rack designed to hold a kayak and I’m sure they will still be able to complete that task even with the sabretoothed knob that is currently on the one rack.
