The cushion itself is firm, hug forming to ones bottom. It's great for those who are a lite to medium build.The lower back support is profound, great for those who might require it.I deal with Sciatica, and the way my spine is curved, it did little help for me, not saying it won't help you, everyone is different.I am a big & tall man with a larger bottom.I ordered this by error because I didn't read the demensions, size of the cushion.Customer service was great service to me and recommended a differant model of cushion for me to use.5-Stars for the quility of the product and for excellent customer service.

Useless. It's a cheap piece of foam. Not 40+ dollars worth. I'll definitely be looking for a refund

Lo bueno, la espuma es muy suave, de buena calidad, lo malo, es muy incomoda en la entrepierna, en especial si eres hombre, tambien la tela superior también es muy liza haciendo que uno se deslice fácilmente

High quality cushion that has eliminated every pain I’ve had for the past few weeks! Sitting in an older chair, the seat and back are getting old and worn, much like my own! I was constantly shifting and scooting in the seat trying to get comfortable, and my lower back and thighs have been sore, even when standing and walking. Regular pillows and cushions helped a little, but not a lot!Based on reviews for this product, I ordered one.It arrived in about 14 hours, I put it in my chair, and I must admit, the reviews don’t do this cushion justice!Instant relief! Every bit of pain is gone! It fits multiple size seats, as well( both chair and body)!I highly recommend!

This product is to hard, they should have used a softer memory foam.Would rate comfort at a 2Would rate shape and style at a 5Would rate material at a 3Over all I rated at a 2 due to the comfort when setting because of the stiffness of the foam.

Purchased this product for my work chair. It is super comfy, the memory foam is thick and the seat is wide. Great value for money. Definitely recommend. Quality is great.

I received this cushion a couple weeks ago w high hopes. And it did not disappoint! I have sciatica and with extended hours at work (sometimes 13.5 hours a day) sitting infront of my computer. My hips and legs have been in so much pain! I have found this cushion has alleviated the pain where im not almost in tears! It fits my bottom perfectly as tho it was made for me. I have 2 compressed discs in my back and this cushion takes some if the pressure off it is contoured to support my legs and goes up in the back to help my posture.

I suffer from sciatica and a crappy seat in my work truck. I hope this helps, it makes regular seats much more comfortable.
