I am recovering from a severe case of sciatica and was really in need of the cushion of this sort to put on my computer chair and I made a good choice. It’s extremely effective and supportive and yet cushion. The only thing I can suggest is to be sure and measure the seat that you want to use this on and determine if you need a large size or the regular size I bought the large size I’m a man weighing 215 6 foot two and a size fit my so-called captains chair that I use for my computer very well and it’s very comfortable

I got this for sitting at the computer for long periods as my legs kept going numb in my chair. This so far has helped reduce my leg numbness and how fast the numbness sets in. I do sit cross-legged in a chair, so generally my legs go numb kinda quickly, but that time-frame is much longer using this cushion. I will note however if you're looking for a soft cushion this isn't it. It's a waffled pattern gel, so it moves side to side slightly as you turn and move, but there's very little squish down. It's comfy, but not squishy. Also you're raised up about 1.5"-2", so note that you might need to adjust your chair or table height.But overall it's been a game changer for long stints of sitting at the computer!

This is a pretty comfortable pad, but I was trying to use it on an office chair, and it is so thick that it raised me up to an uncomfortable height.

This is a good cushion for the ailments listed. It actually works. I can put it in the washer (delicate cycle, air dry). Overall, a solid purchase so I bought 2 of them.

There are many products for hip and back pain. This one has been working surprisingly well for me. I have tried about a dozen different seat pads over the years. Foam, memory foam, polyester fill, and gel. I have a decades long sciatica problem. At this point no cartilage between the last two disks. Then after knee replacement surgery a bad case of hip bursitis from spring gardening. Severe pain made me rethink my old seating pads. After spending hours reading Amazon reviews for a variety of seat pads this is one of five that I tried. Two memory foam coccyx have worked well and I still use them. However, this pad worked so well on some table chairs that I purchaced three. Then I purchased a fourth because seat cushions purcased for a recumbant bicycle did not work well. This cushion has made it much easier to get some cardio done on a stationary recumbant bicycle. For some reason it's just very plyable and adaptable. One of my more surprising purchases "in a good way".

I've only had this for a week or so and haven't used it for its intended purpose yet (which is for air travel) but it seems to cushion well and I think it will help relieve pain on a long trip. If it works as advertised then I will return and upgrade to 5 stars.

I use this product in the driver's seat of my corolla. It fits in the seat cavity nicely. It makes the ride comfortable. It is thick enough to be comfortable yet thin enough as not to bother the leg with its front edge.
