This pail unfortunately broke after 8 months. I am very disappointed in the quality. The inner lid does not close when you shut the top anymore. There is no seal for the smell now.We had a Bubula with our first daughter years ago. It broke in less than a year too. We were hopefully their quality had improved....

This product is awful! You can't fit any diapers in it, you end up smushing the diapers down with your hand and it's gross. It doesn't close properly. Save your money and buy a regular trash can.

Disappointed with this diaper pail. Lasted about a year before a piece on the lid broke. Now it doesn’t open by the step and is annoying to deal with.

We received this as a gift on our baby registry, and it only lasted about a year before the lid broke. I’ve tried several times to contact customer service, but have received no reply. Very disappointed in the quality of the product as well as the customer service.
