We went through a period of time where the cats came home with ticks on them regularly and it was a pain to try to get them off. The cats hated and so did we. But this tool took it from being a painful two person job to it being possible to do with one. Still ideal to have one hold and a second remove but that's so easy, the cats barely noticed we were doing it. It seems like it gets the tick out more completely, resulting in less pain for the animals and less of a wound/scab to heal.

This is my second purchase...one for inside pets, one for barn cat. Perfect tool for quick and easy tick removal.

Great quality metal and functional design. Nice weight to them, good pitch and cover for pointed tweezers.I only got to use the flat thing twice. Unless a tick has gotten fat, this will not get ahold of them even though the tick fits inside it. When you try to pull it up, the tick just slides right back through it if it isn’t fat. That’s the downside for me. I bought it especially for this tool. I also realized after getting it that it helps so you aren’t catching the pets but in the tweezers and pulling it.

These work great to get ticks and burs out of long hair kitties. Even though the kittens have been treated for ticks they still get them when they go outside. These work great to get the whole tick out. Recommend getting for kittens (and dogs)!!

Have not used yet but the tick removers look of high qualityProduct is displayed as it looks in ad.. Looks easy to use.

I haven’t had to use this tool yet, but I know it will do the job. Arrived in a timely fashion as well.
