Nice lil preamp for the price. Good sound, dropped right in. Be mindful that you will need to accommodate for 2 9vlt batteries. For a quarter of the price of most big name preamps this works exceptionally well.

Great tunnel qualities, but the high frequency has and noise is unbearable. Definitely not something that I could come into the studio with. I wish that it was a quieter preamp.

I love it from the 1st. moment I heard the different sound, great improvement for my guitar. I will say absolute great deal for this less money!!!But!!!!I only gave 4 stars instead 5, you have to do lots of working on your guitar body. The control plate is not really matching the original control plate. You need to cut out the control cabinet and find a place for two 9 Volt battery’s, like I did it in the back of the body. Believe, it value the work you have to do.After few month now, I have to say, the Pic up control panel is going to produce lots of noise!!! I replaced it with a new one.
