Not too much negative to say about this tool, it works well and is useful for scribing at panels, or chiseling off detail from model kits. Changing blades is easy and the grip feels solid in the hands. The blades themselves are prone to chipping if you hit any metal, and will rust if you leave them exposed.

Excellent for scribing details into models (lines, panels, accents, etc). Rock solid build, sturdy and high quality. Feels great in the hand and does not cause any fatigue. Great selection of scribing tips included. Compact, so it will take up very little room in your modeling set-up. Nice little case for the "blades." This is a great buy!

Really sharp and cleans up lines before paint. I did make a booboo and I guess I pryed on something with the tip of the .01 bit and a little bit of broke the tip off, but it works great still. I just need to train myself to be calm when using this so I can stop scratching my work surface.

I do a lot of work with 3d printed plastic and some wood, little bit of metal working here and there. This tool is amazing for getting into tight little areas to clean up rough or sharp spots. I used xacto blades for a long time but kept bending or snapping them. Eventually found this tool which has been a great addition to my DIY/modelmaking space. Only downside is the metal isn't the best quality. I was hoping it would be tungsten carbide or something along those lines but even basic engraving in softer metals has shown some damage to the Chinesium "tool steel"

First time using a scriber. For my Gunpla kits. I'm new to building Gunpla. And looking forward to customizing lines in my Gunpla. It comes with different size scriber. Easy grip handle. Great value and durability.

This set is a quality kit for the price, and does an excellent job at grooving out small windows on plastic models, or cleaning up channels. It works great at poking small holes as well. Great accessory for model building and would definitely buy again!

For the price you can't go wrong. It's much cheaper and better than scribes from Mr. Hobby. It comes with some scribing tape to get you started, and a small case for storing the tips. The tip sizes are standard and come nice and sharp. The only con is the texture on the metal handle, it can be uncomfortable to hold for a long duration.
