This is a 4 inch x 16 inch brite-brass on aluminum push plate, usually used on commercial doors. It is 0.032 aluminum with a brite-brass finish and 6 mounting holes. Matching fasteners are included.

This push plate is constructed from brass and comes in a bright finish. It features pre-punched mounting holes and includes installation screws. This pull plate comes with a removable PVC protective coating.

its a aluminum plate. nothing really too it. works great and the surface finish is nice and polished.Reason for 4 stars is the hardware that comes with it is pretty cheap. I accidently broke off the heads one 2 of them so I switched out all of the screws for some stronger ones

Glad to have found this. It keeps the dogs from jagging up the wooden doors when trying to get in. I counter-sunk the holes and used flush screws for a cleaner look.

I actually put these under my doorknob to cover scratch area my dog made. It looks great. Definitely a cheaper way of doing it than recommended ways on 'dog' sites

Very thin aluminium panel with brass colour one side. Posted in paper bag with no padding and arrived bent in several places as you would expect. Product useless and not fit for purpose. Unfortunately I didnt read the reviews before I purchased. Why doesnt Amazon withdraw the product or correct the description?
