Both privacy covers feature a large 1-7/16 inch outside diameter cover for privacy and easy gripping during insertion and removal from a door viewer peephole. Each package contains two privacy covers, one with a 3/8 inch outside diameter stem and one with a 7/16 inch outside diameter for use with larger viewers. Provides privacy against the use of reverse peephole spy tool lenses, like cameras, scopes and phone apps. Portable door viewer privacy covers like these can be used on hotels when traveling, on apartment doors, office doors, service doors, homes, and dorm rooms. It's just a cap for your peephole. Nothing else. Pretty simple. Comes in two common sizes.May seem unfavorable for some to remove the cap anytime someone knocks but that's infrequent for me.

This comes with a small and large size peephole cover. It's so strange that these peepholes let the light come through so the person on the outside can tell when you are looking through it. I have a camera on the door so I really don't need door viewer. Plus they can't look through from the outside into your house. Which I did not realize was possible.

I’ve never considered anyone peeping through the peephole from the outside until the Seinfeld episode. At the very least, can easily see if the lights are on or not.This cover works as expected. Fits perfectly but wish it was a few dollars cheaper.

This snaps right onto our peep hole and is easy to take off. Blends in with our white door.

Used super glue to attach to the door. That worked rather than nails because the door was metal

Does what is intended. Covers the peep hole. A little stiff the first time inserting it into the peep hole. After a few times it is easier to remove and put back. Comes in 2 sizes in the package which is nice. So choose accordingly.

The 3/8 inch worked for me. I wish this came in black. Why hasn't the manufacturer done that already? Or at least make the inside of the part that goes into your peephole black.
