These Handyman single loop extension springs by Prime-Line Products are constructed of durable spring steel, and they come finished in a beautiful, corrosive-resistant, nickel-plated finish. Springs like these are used for a variety of household and professional applications, and they feature a generous deflection length of 1.08 inch. These springs are easy to install and are used by many. The outside diameters, lengths and gauge thicknesses vary between each of these springs, while their dependability does not. Use these springs for repairs around the house, in the office, vehicle, garage and in many other applications.

This extension spring is constructed from .105 gauge heat tempered spring steel wire. It features a diameter of 3/4 in. and a length of 3-1/8 in. Used for a variety of household applications.

The Kubota sidekick (UTV-XG850) has a horrible gas pedal. Works fine but position and pressure used on it means hovering one's foot over the pedal and it gets to be a real pain. Read somewhere that this spring as a replacement spring for the gas (accelerator) pedal and after a pretty easy process to replace .... the pedal feel is MUCH better.

Worked well on an old porch glider that was soft under the cushions. Used with 1" steel strapping. Don't stretch the springs more than 1/4" - 3/8" or the spring will no longer close all the way. (You will have changed its "springiness.") That's the scientific/technical term I pulled out of my a**.

I was looking for a light spring & went by the picture. This is one strong spring, impressively strong. There's nothing cheap about it. I'll find a use for it someday.

4 x for the 4 chains in case you have a standard height ceiling. Those doing researching on hanging a punching bag on a low ceiling will know what I'm talking about.
