This labler is awesome! It came well packaged. It was easy to assemble and quick to learn! It labels without air bubbles and is easy to use! I love it and can't recommend it enough! The way it is set up, you can label regardless of how your labels are wound. And, you can label various sized bottles. Thank you Primera for making a quality labeler that actually works.

Got the Primera AP360 for slapping labels on bottles and stuff. It's pretty good! Saves time and the labels come out looking neat and professional. But, it's not perfect. Runs into some trouble with bigger labels – they don't always line up right, and I have to fix them by hand sometimes. If you're mostly doing smaller labels, it's great. Just a heads-up if you're planning on using larger labels.Overall, I'm happy with it. Does the job well, just wish it was better with big labels. Solid 4 out of 5.

The most consistent and easy to use machine ever. It has been a dream. I know $2K could be a chunk of change but I promise you it pays for itself.

It cuts my labeling time by 90%. I did have to watch a video on how to load the labels but it’s really simple to use one you learn how to load the labels

This purchase was by far the best purchase of the year! The packaging and delivery were flawless. Basically arrives assembled and you plug it in and literally start to use. I didn’t need the reminder because my labels were set to work correctly (luck). I find the larger bottles (16oz and 32oz bullets) work best on slower rotation (hold foot pedal down while you turn on the machine. And the smaller (1oz, 2oz, 4oz and 8oz) work best on default settings (turn off and on again to reset). Sometimes I use my thumbs to hold the bottle in place as it occasionally is pushed forward on rotation when the label starts to go onto the bottle. The arm which holds the bottles in place (pushed down) sometimes need to be adjusted as it can move after multiple bottles are completed. Compared to doing everything by hand, this machine cranks out the production with a pretty high ratio of success. Only .5% of the case needed to be corrected compared to 10% of human error by hand. Love it.

Save your money and time- don't purchase this. I received TWO defective machines. (Yes, the replacement for the first machine was also broken and had to be returned per Primera's Tech Support.) I don't know if they have been sitting around in a warehouse for too long or what- but they seem to be very shoddy quality. The first machine I ordered did not turn on at all, after walking through the entire setup from scratch again with Tech Support, they advised to send it back. I returned it and purchased another from a different seller. This machine turned on and seemed fine, but the sensor that STOPS the labeling from continuing was apparently broken. The only way to stop the machine from continually applying labels to the same item was to unplug it! After yet again walking through Tech Support, they came to the conclusion that the sensor which stopped the labeling must have been faulty or incorrectly soddered/attached because it wasn't touching the appropriate roller. Back that one went as well.Wasted 2 weeks playing around with this, and probably 200 labels trying to trouble-shoot the second machine.DON'T BUY!

I bought this for my son and his wife. they were elated that they were able to apply labels to 7 cases of their product in less than 10 minutes. Looks like it may just be a hit with them.
