Senior Center Bridge players first noticed how good the support of the back of the seat felt. Then when they changed places the arms of the chair lifted making the movement easier. Assembly of these chairs did take a great effort however the good news you only do it once.

There are a couple of screws at the bottom of the chair that don't tighten. So when I sit right in the middle, the chair feels good, but when I shift to the right or left, it tilts that direction which makes it feel unstable. It's probably just a defect.EDIT: I have changed this review to reflect the great customer service. The customer service is great and I'm getting a full refund.

I'm in the market for waiting room chairs for my studio and this is the first chair that I have testedAssembly was fairly straightforward and I didn't encounter any issues.The design is modern and ergonomic with pleasing textures and details - and it fits well with the decor of my waiting room.The chair is fairly comfortable for a waiting room that you are going to spend 15-30 minutes in. The flip-up arm rests and adjustable lumbar support are pluses too.Time will tell how long this will last. I've read other reviewers who have mentioned wobbly parts, so I'll be keeping an eye out for that over the next month or two and I'll revisit this review if I feel that durability is an issue. As it stands, my initial impression is good.
