We thought it was going to be a good product. However, the pull string to start will not retract. After working with the string for a while, we got it started one time and cut a small log. When trying again we could not get it to retract a second time and therefore could not get it to start.

I received saw on time. Unboxed the saw put together added bar oil and gas and pulled it 3 time a started right up. After trimming my tree I would turn off and it would start first pull every time. Great power and cuts like butter. I’m impressed with this saw.

I had to fiddle around for a while before it finally started. And then, to my embarrassment, I realized I'd put the chain on backwards. But once I fixed that, we were in business! We fired it up and started cutting wood. It worked smoothly, without a single hitch. For the price, it's a really great product.
