I bought two of them because they were cheap, and well, you get what you pay for. One of them seems okay, but the first one I used stopped having impact after about a hundred punches. I don't have the packaging anymore, so I will toss it and keep the blades for backup.

The product arrived very greasy and obviously used. Everything listed was provided and it works perfectly fine, but if you go out of the way to select "New" it's frustrating to get something dirty and heavily used. If it was new (which is what I ordered) I'd have easily given 5 stars.

Blade tip doesn't make clean cuts and sometimes no cut at all. No difference between high and low impact. It works though.

This is my first punch tool. I was tasked with re-wiring the landline wiring due to cross-talk and sixty-cycle noise on one of the two lines. So I picked up a replacement M-Block and determined that I needed this tool to properly secure terminate all the connectors to the Block. It works great. The cutter doesn't work so well on very thin gauge wire but the remedy is just punch it one or two additional times, all good. Enjoy!
