Depending on how flexible and large your phone case is, this can make it so that the phone is slightly out of the case. However, I haven't had it be an actual issue/had my phone fall out of the case. Used it multiple times on my trips to theme parks, to make sure it doesn't drop out of my bag, or stolen.

When I got to work I don’t love bringing a bunch of stuff. I prefer my phone and keys. That’s it. However I didn’t have a way to keep my keys from getting lost, especially because my shorts don’t keep them in very well and I don’t want to keep them on the counter while I work. This has helped a lot but making sure I don’t have a lot of stuff, they don’t fall out of my pocket, and I can keep my keys attached to my phone so they don’t get lost. I have seen the charging issue in the reviews, I had the same thing at first but then realized if I flipped it around it made it work just fine.

Nice sturdy tab in a matte soft golden tone. The ring/clip it comes with has an attractive design and is fairly sturdy/secure as well, with 360-degree rotation. The one thing that detracts from it aesthetically is that it has a visible logo--so if you have a clear phone case, it will show through. The flipside of the tether tab does not have the logo, but flipping it so that the logo doesn't show through my clear case impedes the charger cable from going in properly. But if you have a case that isn't clear or if you don't mind the logo, it's a phenomenal pick.

I love the actual hooking mechanism, but the part that went into the phone case prevented me from being able to plug in my phone charger.I’ve had other Versions of this product before and that wasn’t an issue. I think this product was faulty. I had to heavily bend it to get my phone cord in and that didn’t help 100%. Tried 2 different phone cases too.

I got this to replace a plastic one I had that broke. I love that the insert that goes into the phone case is metal. The little triangle ring prevents it from completely slipping inside the case too. But the round "carabiner" style clip does not stay attached. I don't know how many times it has randomly fallen off without me touching it. Last time it fell off, I simply took my phone out of my hoodie pocket when I was taking a poo and the ring yeeted itself somewhere in my bathroom. Idk where. I haven't looked for it yet. It obviously doesn't like being so close to my phone so I will let it live where it wants to for the time being.

I never even knew these existed until recently, and am glad I bought this. Now when I'm at work, I can tether my phone to my belt so that if it slips out of my pocket, it never hits the ground. Great product!

I have tried other versions from other sellers, but they were cheap plastic, bulky in the phone case, and definitely did not make me feel that my phone was secure.This one is all metal, easy to install, and very slim in my clear iPhone cover. I carefully set it in the cover, placed my phone in, then gently tugged until it snugged down securely. It does not block the charging port (follow the included directions for proper placement).I just installed it, so have not tested thoroughly, but it does seem very sturdy, not likely to bend during normal use.The only negative is the O-ring that came with it: It is very cheaply made, no spring action; once opened, it does not close. I did not deduct a âï¸ because I had not planned on using it anyway (I installed a tiny locking S-carabiner to the wrist strap I will use with it).I highly recommend this phone tether tab, with the understanding that you will need to use a different O-ring.

Easy to assemble and install. Received in silver metal (x1) and it is sturdy. Lays flat in case without adhesive and still have access to charge phone; however, may be bulky if placing on a car mobile charger/holder stand while trying to charge at the same time. The keyring is immediately attached to the triangular piece at the base of the mobile phone case. Depending on the design of your mobile holder, this item may be awkward and may not sit well with existing equipment/accessories. I think I may add a few more chains to create just a little more length and allow it to sit properly on my car mobile charger/holder.Otherwise, it is simple and cute and instead of leaving a mobile loosely in a bag or pocket you can clip onto the interior of a bag or belt strap to not drop or loose it.

I had a worn fabric tether which came with a coiled wire to tether my phone (Nite Ize Hitch). After around 3 years the tether is starting to fail and as a result I was looking for a replacement and thought I'd try a metal version.This is perfect. Whilst this is review is only a couple of days in, its sturdy, thin, has no problem fitting inside an enclosed case (contrary to the picture shown on the product page), and does not obstruct my charger (iphone 13 mini). It sticks out a bit if positioned flush to the case edge but I chose to push it further into the case to avoid this so it doesn't catch on anything.One tip - the attachment doesn't use a sticky pad/ adhesive so I used some black electrical insulation tape to fix it to my case and stop any movement which might otherwise happen or rubbing on the back of my phone which would probably mark it after some time overwise.Also comes with a large circular attachment as well which can be handy for clipping to a tether (I'm still using my Nite Ize Hitch for this).Will see how it holds up after some longer use but happy so far.
