Easy install the only problem I had one of the screws had the Phillips head cut into it but it was filled in

Worked to hold my simulator projector at the right height from a tall garage ceiling. Directions are hair pulling and vague.

Long enough for my vaulted ceilings, sturdy. My only gripe is the anchors are TERRIBLE! Buy your own anchor depending on where your hanging it but yeah what they provide sucks

Used this for a project to drop the projector down from a drop ceiling. The amount of variable lengths of this product is amazing. It was exactly what I needed.

I needed to get one that could extend quite a bit but still be stable and this was the perfect solution. The vaulted ceiling meant the top of the 150" screen would be several feet from the center point. This fit the bill very nicely with the BenQ projector we purchased as well. Good product.

The Single biggest problem I had was that the screws that came with the unit were 8 Metric, but the holes were #10x32 fine thread. They were also aluminum, so the heads stripped almost immediately. Also, the anchors provided were very poor quality and a very odd size. A 3/8th hole was too small, and a 7/169th too large. The orientation of the ceiling mounting plate to the orientation of the projector mounting plate is skewed. and the instructions gave no indication of this, nor was it obvious until the unit was mounted. The gimbal is very flimsy, and as I mentioned before, in order to maintain the projector's proper orientation, I had to torques the screws, which stripped them. Even after I replaced the screws with the #10x32's I had a hard time getting the unit to stabilize. The photos show running the cords down the inside of the tube, but I had a Dicken's of a time getting both a power cord and an HDMI cord through it.The instructions are very poorly written as well.Pay a little extra and skip this one.
