You can easily change the height and angle to suit whatever you're doing whether you're sitting or standing.It stays in place because of the non-slip pads. The phone stand is a handy feature, making it easy to keep your phone nearby, steady and in place, while you work. Definitely recommended!

Love the stand it was very easy to assemble and great quality. It took less than 5 minutes ton put it together and the adjustable camera accessory is brilliant

The product was very easy to assemble only took an average of 3 minutes. Instructions were clear and thorough. The product is very useful to people who really like doing their work while standing or even trying to project something like I do. I recommend this product for its good quality but low price again my overall review would be a 10/10 would order another one when I need to.

This is a decent stand for something like a projector or laptop. It's not super heavy duty but reasonably sturdy. It would be fine for a laptop, mixer or projector. The foam padding is not permanently glued in place so if you don't need to use it you can easily remove it. The phone holder is a nice idea but my phone didn't fit unless I took it out of the protective case. Plus the phone holder feels flimsy. The threaded part of the flexible gooseneck fits my video camera mount, so that could come in handy.
