This belt is super long and really soft. Perfect for strap work in any yoga class. I bought five and so far so good as far as durability goes. The only down side is that the end that feeds into the buckle doesn't have a metal end so its tricky to feed into the narrow opening of the buckle. I always leave them attached so I was okay with that.

I love this strap! This is the third strap I have purchased.. the first was too short, the second was too stiff and jangly, this one is perfect! It’s a soft material and I like the plastic buckle because it doesn’t make a bunch of noise like the metal ones. The longer length is also great for us tall people!

I bought to do some home PT. It works well but is not as comfortable on my foot as the one PT therapist uses. Theirs is wider and heavier.
