Exactly what I expected. This strap is similar to strap used at physical therapy. Good quality. Allows me to easily complete all physical therapy exercises. Good value.

Lots of loops for attaching and holding, material is pliable and strong, stitching is OK, easy to customize for yoga and PT exercises as needed, not too expensive, easy to transport. In other words, there is nothing too exciting and nothing that is irritating about these exercise bands.

I broke my patella 3.5 months ago and am trying to regain full motion. My physical therapist uses a similar product to help with stretching the leg muscles and to help me pull my foot towards my buttocks or chair. I use this multiple times a day. Versatility and durability are good. Folds up for easy storage and carry.

I can tell that it is well made and will last years. It’s a very effective way to stretch, plenty of tutorials available for free online.

Just as good as the more expensive OPTP strap. I use both in my physical therapy sessions and cannot tell the difference.

I had a knee surgery and my physio wanted me to do exercices 3 times a day. I couldn't find a "strap" and finally I found this. I works really good and I recommend it for any patients who had a knee replacement.
