I purchased the 12lb vest. I’m in my 60’s, 5’ 4â€and 135lbs. This is a perfect addition to my gear collection for living well and sustaining a healthy level of fitness. It encourages posture and an attention to body awareness while adding weight that is hopefully improving bone density. I do not currently have any issues with bone health and only wish I bought the vest 10 years ago. Too bad doctors don’t have more of an interest in helping female patients address aging without pharmaceuticals. If they did, they’d be telling 30-40yr olds to strap this on. It’s comfy, sturdy and so far, withstanding of me hauling it around, tossing it down and putting it in and off for a year. Can’t go wrong unless you don’t try this now!

I love working out with this weighted vest. It fits well and is comfortable. It works better with low impact exercises, but I have used it during intense cardio workouts as well. It does make you extra sweaty. I liked that it had two straps especially for those with a large chest, however, because of that, one strap did break when I tried to loosen it. I do think it was meant for petite bodies. So I have it 4 stars for breaking within the first few times of wearing it.

Love it. 12 pounds is heavier than I expected. I am a petite but in fairly good shape woman. 12 pounds is plenty for walking on my treadmill. Definitely elevates my walks.
