I installed this on an 83 rabbit gti fits perfect the two piece design works great as another company I got some from was one piece and would not even slide in with my 20 ton press not much to say on if they squeak at all or not it's a restoration so they will not actually be on the car till it's time thee just mounted up to my axle not on chassis yet
