These were installed on a factory 1972 Chevrolet c10 front sway bar. The sway bar has been on the truck for years, but with these bushings, I can feel that the sway bar is really making a difference in the corners! My sway bar measures exactly 1”

1972 C20 with factory front sway bar only. Old ones rubber. One was 50% missing. Take a young guy maybe 20 minutes to swap out. Took me about 90 minutes for the set of 4. Good purchase.

I installed these on my 1987 Silverado pickup which had the original rubber bushings that were quite worn making the swaybar loose. These were a great improvement. The truck handles better and cornering is almost flat. The urethane is much harder than the original rubber ones. Be sure to use the included silicone grease to lube both the inside of the bushings and the contact points on the swaybar itself. This will minimize wear and prevent squeeks.Nice improvement for little money. Be sure to measure the outside diameter of your swaybar before you order. Also, on my truck the bolts that connect the swaybar brackets to the frame use self-locking nuts that are very tight on the bolt and are difficult to remove even if not rusted. So don’t be surprised. I was able to reuse the nuts and bolts on mine but you might have to replace them. Don’t use el-cheapo bolts from the hardware store. Get the proper hardness nut and bolts.

Not bad, definitely better then rubber bushings. My biggest complaint is that the split in the bushings are on the bottom, not the side. So the pressure from the sway bar makes them split open a bit so the fit isn't super tight. Otherwise good replacement for worn out stock bushings.

Give up on the old rubber bushings. Once you drive a rig with good quality urethane bushings you'll wonder why you didn't do this long ago. Your vehicle feels/drives new again. No slop, mush, squeeks. Great upgrade.
