During the pandemic I decided to learn to knit, after years of being a very happy and proficient crocheter. I have tried several brands of knitting needles, both straight and circular. These needles are the BEST! The cable does not twist, even straight out of the box. The points of these needles are small 'bulbs'. Don't ask me how they do not split yarn, but they don't. My fingers don't get sore with occasionally helping to slip a loop off the needle. These needles are light weight and the yarn slides nicely. I am a novice knitter so I am not the speediest, but my years of crochet have helped me recognize good tools to inferior ones. I am looking for more sizes. If you are hesitant about these needles, you needn't be. You will love them within 5 minutes of knitting with them!

Plastic needles are good for yarns where aluminum is too slippery and wood is too sticky. A nice "in-between" needle for your collection. I love the Prym brand, especially that they are white, makes dark colored yarn easier to see.

These Prym circular knitting needles are a pleasure to knit with. The tips are uniquely shaped, quiet and easily form uniform stitches. Stitches slide easily from the cord to needle. The length of the cord is fine for shawls and sweaters and other projects and does not have the annoying coiling. The only improvement I can think of is to add a hole through the needle close to where it attaches to the cord for the purpose of using a lifeline. These needles are ergonomic, and I need a lot more knitting time to thoroughly test this (LOL). I'm very glad I found these.

These needles are amazing at first. The way the stitches glide over them, the flexible cables, the comfortable shape, and the way the tips make it hard to split your yarn make these needles top tier. And even though they are plastic needles, they don't squeak with acrylic yarn!But..... they are not very durable. I'm on my 2nd project and the smoothness of the needles is gone. Completely worn off. I have to put in twice the effort to move stitches from one needle to the other.They're still nice, but you'll probably only want to use them on more slippery yarns after a while.

I didn’t realise when I bought them that the actual needles were triangular, I thought, uh-oh I’m not going to work well with these, but I was surprisingly wrong, I actually did like working with them, they were easy to handle, very smooth and didn’t rub on your fingers, the plastic is good quality and you can read the size easily on them, they have a good cable length too, I will definitely buy some more in different sizes. Good value for more.

I'm an intermediate to expert level knitter. I've had some tendinitis issues with my hands so decided to try these. They are lightweight, but not lighter than my chiagoo aluminum or bamboo. Also the tip end where you are supposed to knit the stich is a scant 3/4" long. Possibly would get used to it over time but don't want to worry that much about where the stich is being knitted for uniform size.....

I love this needle! It's light weight, easy on the hands and I really appreciate the little bulb at the end. I don't have to stab my finger tips when pushing the yarn forward (a bonus).
