We received this as a gift and after the negative reviews, I almost returned it. Instead, we brought it to a dinner party and the kids (13 year olds) made them for dessert. The kids had a blast and the desserts were a huge hit! We used refrigerator pie crust, which they rolled thinner. They stuffed them with various combinations of banana, nutella, cream cheese, homemade jam, apple pie filling. They drizzled them with chocolate or caramel sauce or sprinkled cinnamon and cut them in half so everyone could try them all. All were delicious. It was such a hit, we bought one for a friend. She loved it too.If you think you're making regular Pop Tarts, you'll be disappointed. But if you want to have fun making goofy little desserts, you can't go wrong!

Horrible, horrible! The product came broken and dirty with pop tart residue. The company didn't even bother cleaning the darn product. Do not recommend

Novelty item and kids thought it would be fun and it was worth a try. Don't highly recommend and wish I could have talked my kids out of purchasing.

This is super small, and the dough is really flaky. It tastes ok but not the same as a real pop tart.

Mini is NOT the word for this. Teeny Tiny. Miniscule. I realize this is a small machine but REALLY they should have made it like the s'mores maker where only two actually fit in the cooking well. These are so small that the dough is overpowering. If an 1/8 of a teaspoon of filling fits inside each of these 'pop tarts' I would be surprised. The machine itself works but the product is useless. It would be 'cute' as appetizers if it actually allowed for flavors of the filling to come thru but since there is so little of it actually in the final product the dough is all you taste. The idea of the toppings on this teeny tiny little piece of nothingness doesn't help the situation. If you try to squeeze anymore filling it breaks open WAY too easily making a complete mess over everything. Save your money. Buy something you can actually use.Whoever came up with this idea didn't think it thru. Redesign the well to accommodate two pastries and then re-market it. This is a HUGE fail.

With as unhealthy as pop tarts are I don't usually buy them. A special treat every once in a while but too actually be used as a breakfast food? No way.So, when I saw this I was thrilled! Finally I could easily make my kids their special treats without all the added and unnecessary ingredients of traditional pop tarts. We don't put the sticks in ours. You can use pie crust or crescent rolls. Put any pie filling, peanut butter, just about anything into it! I even joked with my husband that now I can make my own healthyish pizza rolls. Think that might be what's for dinner tonight ;)

I would say I love it as it is just what I wanted but unfortunatly I an unable to say that!!!!......I am unable to use it as it cannot be plugged in.....theres no plug on it to fit into our (UK) sockets.I was so excited getting the Pop Tart maker after waiting for a long time them to be sold over here.....It now resides under my kitchen units and is likely to stay thereSo I am very dissapointed..............
