I brought this incubator for 3 puppies who weren’t being nursed by their mom. I love the entire setup. Very accessible, easy to use, and gave me the confidence to care for them. I would definitely recommend this product. I would get another one just as a back up. This product can be used to care for neonatal puppies, as well as a sick box for small animals that need to be separated.

Heating pad does not work at all. The lights flicker off some kind short in it. Not reliable. Better off buying else where and I recommend not buying on Amazon as their representatives make promises to fix the situation and doesn't keep their promises.

It’s not super big, but it does the job and it keeps my puppies warm. Would reccomend for small breed puppies or kittens.

Bought this for our litter of frenchies. It did its job but it was a bit stressful because it was so difficult to regulate the temperature. The thermometer that comes with it is very cheap. If this is the incubator you go with I highly recommend a better quality thermometer. A good and accurate thermometer will definitely lower your stress level.

Found you baby girls just a few hours old ordered the incubator immediately it was here the next day. They are now 4 weeks old doing well eyes open walking around a thriving. Great product!

The lights that come with this are dangerous. You Mist keep them on very low to be at a safe temperature. You cannot put the lights on an walk away from your litter because it will overheat them dehydrate them and eventually kill them if left unattended. Thank GOD I am a helicopter puppy mom because I would’ve lost my babies if I wasn’t listening to hear them start crying to get out of the heat. Please please please don’t buy if you’re not going to be absolutely attentive to your babies you put in this. The overall concept is great but it’s extremely dangerous. I ended up taking one light out and only turned the other on very low when needed. The boy has been great for transportation. Even without the lights being used while transporting one or all our pups they stay warm. I also use the box without the lights on when I need to separate a puppy for various reasons. I kept it for that reason. Just be mindful of whatever you purchase for you pups or kittens always always monitor before just walking away thinking it’s going to do what you need it to do. Never leave unattended.
