Our Soy based Gardenia Votive Candles feature a self trimming natural fiber wick, and should use 100% of the wax when burned properly while giving off a pleasant scent throw. Designed for use in tight fitting traditional votive containers only, do not burn without a votive holder/container. Our natural hard wax is composed of a moldable, soy wax blend, which allows us to add a good amount of fragrance to each candle without the fragrance bleeding out while maintaining a rigid shape. Our soy wax blend also features a low melting point making for a faster melt and good scent throw.

This is the fourth batch of candles from this company and will not be my last. They are great. They burn clean and the smell is not overwhelming if you are sensitive to smells. LOVE THEM.

These candles actually have a scent I smell! They were a little soft, but burn nicely. Keep them in m kitchen after cooking dinner.

These candles are AWESOME!! I'm obsessed with the scent of the gardenia...Word of advice though... subscribe and save usual gets shipped via USPS and will take maybe 2 weeks to get if the PO doesn't lose it

Pure Lilac Scented Soy Candles, made w/essential oil, have authentic Lilac Scent - though rather light scent, have been unable to have candles burn time - for time length advertised. Candles can last a while, if you don't burn them often.Soy Candles do not emit as regular candles. Appreciate candles are produced by small company.Found Votive Candles on the expensive side - especially in lieu of Lilac Scent being rather light, yet better then " perfumey lilac scent non soy candles "Not fan of having to purchase" entire box of 6 Candles, box obviously made for retail sellers, and cost made me pause.Be great if Shorties had option of mixing/matching 6 various scented candles - per box, since purchase is 6 of 1 Type of Scent.Burned through all 6 votives within a month

Honestly, I bought these candles with lavender smell first and loved them so I tried out the cotton smell. I think they both smell great, however my husband says he doesn't smell them at all. I spread them out throughout my apartment and generally light them every other night. I'd say burn time is about 10-15 hours. They all have a nice sized flame.

I purchased these because I really like the Shorties tea lights. They are long lasting, and the rose scent is especially nice, so I decided to try the rose votives. Unfortunately these candles burn very unevenly and half of the first votive caved in after about 15 minutes. I thought it was just a bad candle, but the second did the same thing. In both instances, the wax covered the already too short wick and that was it- I could not light them again and had to throw them away. I now notice that the tealights are made with paraffin wax, while the votives are soy. That's too bad, because I was really under the impression I was buying the same product as before except in a larger size. Maybe if you had a votive candle that these fit in exactly right you wouldn't have the same issue as I did- except in that case I think Shorties should sell a compatible votive holder, because mine didn't work out. I'd recommend the tea lights over these, and they are much more heavily scented anyways.

I purchased the votive candle pack. The fragrance and scent were very, very nice. However, the votive always leaked down the sides and reduced the candle burn time. I think this is a very good product, but I would purchase an option, like a glass candle, rather than a votive that leaks down so much. Even after putting the votive in a glass container it still leaked and burned down too fast. But great fragrance and reasonable price.

I was having with a clean burn of the candle. Because of these candles are handmade, they require a tight fitting votive glass. Issue resolved!
