The product does exactly what it says. Strong sturdy metal box. I took one star because they could have made the box a little bit larger. Some of my larger keys did not fit inside.

This has been so useful. I was able to get into the house when my elderly family member didn't answer their phone due to a fall. I have been able to let contractors in without my having to be there. The code is easy to change.

Very high quality product…very easy to change the 4 digit code…easy to remove and reinsert cable to install…cable long enough to hang from many different locations…excellent for the Fire Department to have access to a key to gain entry without breaking the door…
