My significant other and I both really like the Harmony tall pillows. They are supportive and maintain a comfortable body temperature—not too hot or cold. We also use silk pillowcases, and we love the soft, smooth feel they add to the pillows.We tried the Harmony medium pillow but found it too soft with insufficient support. The tall pillow is also soft but offers the support we need for a better night's sleep.The Purple website provides suggestions and pictures to help choose the right pillow height. However, we’ve found that their recommendations are not always accurate. According to their website, the medium should suit my SO well, but we found the tall pillow to be a better fit.These pillows are the most expensive we’ve ever purchased, but they truly feel like we’re sleeping on a cloud and alleviated a neck and back problem.

I have the worst time finding a good pillow. I'm a side sleeper, I have old neck pains that come back frequently, and I always struggle to find the balance between supportive but soft.After trying this out for a couple of weeks, it hits the mark for me.At first, I thought it might be too soft, even though I got the tall version. (For the record, I am only 5'8", but I am heavy with wide shoulders). But the texture of it is so bouncy that it does a good job of being soft but still supportive. I sink into it, which I love, but the latex is springy and "fills in the gaps".As for the cooling claims, I do not find it to be super cooling, but it also is not too hot. It's cool when you first lie on it but it does heat up after a while. I will probably try a more cooling pillowcase than the one I currently use and see if that prolongs the cool effect.Overall, I've been sleeping well on it. I do not have to adjust it in the middle of the night since it bounces back and does not bunch up or get lumpy. I will report back if that changes over time, but for now, I think it was worth the high price.

The price is a little up there. But I will never buy another pillow again. I’ve gone through hundreds of dollars in my lifetime trying to find the perfect pillow that won’t leave me waking up with a kinked neck or that is thick & firm enough as well as soft enough without my head sinking in. And it’s insanely breathable and keeps cool the entire night. Amazing quality! Measurements are true to size as well!

After using it a week, it feels really good. It is soft but provides good sport. My only issue is it slides inside the pillow case so I ordered a pillow protector with zipper so it will stay inside. I think I will keep this one. Probably better than other pillows but the price is a bit too much for a simple latex pillow. Only its protective case has purple’s gel-flex grid. Overall, it is a decent pillow.

I read about these pillows and despite the price, I had to try it, since pillows are so important. It arrived quickly and had no odor at all. I first got the medium but found it too thin. I sleep on my side mostly and was afraid that tall would be hard on my neck. I exchanged it for tall, and it is significantly higher, but the pillow gives enough that it is not an issue. It's extremely comfortable. I don't have issues with hot pillows, so can't comment on that. It does not feel like gel. It does not feel like memory foam. I've tried those both and did not like them. This feels like a cloud. It is supportive but soft-hard to describe. It's unlike anything I've tried before. I've read that some people find that it doesn't last long. If that happens I will write a follow up. For now I am extremely pleased and I think it was worth the money if it lasts a few years. Again, there was absolutely no odor, as some have described. Maybe they changed something about it?

The marketing will have you believe that this pillow is so comfortable that it will transport you to the astral plane. It does not. While I did get this pillow on sale, it still does not live up to the $150+ price in my opinion.After ~7 months sleeping on this pillow, it has begun sagging in the middle and does not do a very good job of keeping shape or firmness. I cannot really say that even in the beginning it was very supportive, it is VERY squishy. Not a lot else to say, it gets the job done but I don't feel like I am getting better, more quality sleep because of it.As far as temperature goes, it does do a good job of dissipating heat. I have not had any issues with sleeping hot on this pillow.I would not recommend this pillow at retail price.

I LOVE this pillow. Not sure how long I’ve had it now but it’s been quite a while. 7+ months I believe. And it’s still the same feel and shape as the day I got it. Doesn’t smell weird just always comfortable. Holds its shape when you lay on it. Super nice quality. I’m glad all the research lead me here because it’s worth every penny.

Was a little skeptical, but haven't had the best of luck finding pillows I like, as I'm very picky about this. And when I do find them, they never seem to last. I don't like memory foam (too firm). Decided to try some latex pillows and ordered this one along with one other. So figured I'd give this a try and if I didn't like it, just return it. Well it arrived the other day and I LOVE it.It's very malleable. I always spend some of my downtime in bed reading my kindle. So I like to lay on my side when I do this. It works great for that. Head is at the correct height and if I bunch up the pillow just a little, I can be right on the end of the pillow so I can read my kindle that's propped up on the bed.I also sleep on my back a lot. Again, this is working great for that. Constant support throughout the night.It's hard to describe. It is very comfortable and has lots of cushioning. But it also has a firmness to it that supports my head. It doesn't have that pure softness that other pillows have. But that little firmness is what I assume allows it to keep doing it's thing all night long. And that firmness, isn't so firm as to cause issues, just enough to keep things supported.I was hesitant about it... but am so glad I decided to give it a go - worth every penny. Now it'll just be a matter of how long it holds up. Pillows I've had in the past (even expensive ones) rarely lasted longer than ~14 mths, but none of those were latex ones... so will see.

As they say it is the Best pillow ever made . I have got already 2 tall Purple harmony . Now it’s the third one. Opted for standard size. It is a five star pillow.Beware of similar fake one in the market. Thanks to Seller he has imported genuine one from Jamaica. Five star to seller and pillow

It’s very different from all other pillows I’ve tried. This was very soft and yet supportive, but it doesn’t form into the shape of my head, good thing is it “resets†with every sleep. Very comfortable, but too tall for me even with the standard version, had some discomfort after a week. I’m a small sized person so this may be the reason. It’s not as cooling as advertised.I will try the low version and review that again.

I was scolded for how much I would spend on this pillow but seriously if you care about quality and your sleep, this is the pillow for you! I low how squishy yet firm and supportive it is! And stay cool! Very happy with my purchase!

This pillow is okay nothing to brag about. Costco sells the Novaform pillow which comes pretty close to this for 1/10th the price.I am giving it a one star just because of the return policy. I live in Canada but they got me to ship it to Vegas which cost me $75.04 Canadian. Never got the money back, still waiting, although they said they would honour it. My dad is a side sleeper and he found the pillow a tad too tall why I’m returning it.
