I bought these for our scraper at work since we rarely get new stuff and these blades work very well. They do seem to be kind of prone to getting bent out of shape, however that is mostly due to the negligence and clumsiness of the crew (the whole scraper gets dropped on the ground from several feet quite a bit). Luckily you get quite a few blades for a relatively low cost.

My roommate cooks on his griddle nonstop. He had been using a scrapper available for purchase at your local retail store. It did its job. We thought it was great until this baby was put in his hands! He’s finding he isn’t having to double back over areas multiple times to get those final bits that stay clung. Especially those in the corners. The less swipes, the sooner it’s clean and he feels he can come join in to eat with the rest of us. This is a winning product for us. Plus, I am an arm amputee. If this makes it easier when I use the griddle where I won’t have to use as much force that’s great. For me, force equals pain. So that’s a win-win, if it’s easier for me as well. We will see.

Years ago, my summer job during my college days was working the grill at a popular fast food burger chain. One of the tools we used to scrape the flat top grill was a grill scraper. It was almost exactly like this one we spotted on Amazon. Now that I am an adult and now own one of those popular backyard flat top grills, I found myself needing a good scraper. I was pleased to find this one and I must say that it invokes memories. It works just as described. It seems to be professional grade. It makes the cleanup job a lot easier. If you own or are contemplating getting one of those flat top grills, I can wholeheartedly recommend getting this scraper. You can thank me later.

Bent my old scraper from BS after using it just a few times. I don’t think I’ll be bending this one anytime soon. If you have a griddle you need this.

This is a professional quality griddle scraper. Because of where they handle their situated, you can really get a lot of pressure on to the griddle. Especially on stainless steel griddles where it is nice and smooth. This can help get it back to a nice shiny stainless steel. This is a well-made, heavy duty item.
